Sera Kesera is a student and a cyborg, pursuing skills in as many creative fields as possible while running away from intensive schoolwork. Sera, an outcast as a child from having a robotic personality, is now trying to embrace their cybernetic side as a teen by streaming with an artificial personality made from their views of what a perfect cyborg would be.

Your Responsibilities:
-
-All communications will be through Twitter and email for the delivery.
-Please send me as many reference pictures as possible! If you can’t, I’ll have to charge you $10 for making up a character design as stated before.
-Give me everything beforehand - if you’re not sure what you want, we can talk it out of course, but please don’t switch it up mid-commission when I’ve already started the drawing! If you do, I will drop the order and have to start from scratch. If it gets too severe, I will cancel and refuse future orders.

My Responsibilities:

-I have the right to decline any order for any purpose. However, I am comfortable with pretty much anything; when I decline, it would most likely be because I know I won’t be able to provide full quality from inexperience.
-I will send the rough draft, sketch, line art, and finished product in that order with no hard deadline. However, my general estimate is 2 - 3 weeks and I will keep in touch throughout the entire process. I won’t ghost you!!
-I will ask for your opinions/preferences throughout the entire process, and a few small changes is not a big deal. I’ll make any light changes anytime!

Payment Policy:

-I will only accept payment from PayPal in USD.
-Please send the payment after I send you the first rough draft; this is to prevent scamming / ghosting on both ends (as there have been cases of stealing sketches).
-If you’d like to upgrade the order mid-way, just tell me and pay the rest of the funds immediately. If you’d like to downgrade the order, I can but will not refund you.
-Tips are always welcome on PayPal or Ko-fi but will never be necessary at all.

Refund Policy:

-For general cases, there are no refunds after the first draft; this is to prevent scamming / ghosting. As such, when canceling an order after the first draft, I cannot refund you either.
-However, for special cases relating to an unexpected, sudden issue, I am happy to negotiate.
-If I take over 3 months to finish an order, I will offer a full refund.

Intellectual Property:
-
-I retain all rights to my work. I may reproduce it or include it in my portfolio at any time. This is not commercial art; you cannot commercialize it in any form (NFTs included).
-Generally, I will send two versions of the final product: one with my watermark and the other without it. Both will be full quality, roughly over 2000 x 2000 px.
-For a social media post, please upload the version with my watermark, credit me directly as Sera Kesera, and link to my Twitter in some way.
-For actual use of the artwork, feel free to use whichever according to your needs.
-Depending on the contents and nature of the art, I may ask you to refrain from publicly crediting me. I will also not include my watermark in such a case.
